Mike's 16plait Signal Whip Builder - Solid Colour

Use this Signal Whip Builder to order a custom made solid colour 16plait Signal Whip. Choose your whip length and the main colour of your whip. Then add a highlight colour to the heel knot and wrist-strap. Don't want a wrist-strap? Prefer a traditional cracker over an English Loop? That choice is there too. All custom signal whips are shot loaded, plaited belly and recognisable, instantly, in that "Murphy Whip" pattern of old. Every signal whip I make is finished in the same way, in a short under one over one sennet and then the strands pair up for the last inch and carry into the heel knot. I've always loved making signal whips. For me, it's always been about how they layer up and reveal form.
